Commercial documents (e.g. CoO, invoice) and/or legal documents (statements, POA, etc.). Documents must be signed and legalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Processing time varies. Costs depend on the type of document: 180,- euros for CoOs and 420,- euros for other documents. Costs for an invoice depend on the invoice value.
The embassy requires copies for its own records. The embassy does not legalise individual invoices or CVOs; these documents must be submitted as a set. A cover letter and an extract from the Chamber of Commerce register (of the exporting company) are also required.
