Commercial documents (e.g. CoO, invoice) and/or legal documents (statements, POA, etc.). Documents must be signed and legalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Processing time is 2-3 working days. The cost is 120 euros per document.
The embassy does not legalise individual invoices or CVOs; these documents must be submitted as a set. An cover letter and a Chamber of Commerce extract from the exporting company are required. The embassy requires copies for its own records.
