Commercial documents (e.g. CoO, invoice) and/or legal documents (statements, POA, etc.). Documents must be signed and legalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Processing time is 3-4 working days. The cost is €20 per document. Urgent processing is available.
Additional documents are required: an application form, a copy of the applicant’s passport and (in the case of a company) a certified extract from the Chamber of Commerce in English. A letter of authorisation (PoA) is also always required. The embassy requires copies for its own records. Please contact us for more information.
